he got me preapproved and their was a smooth transaction all the way through closing. He assure me if all my paperwork was accurate at the preapproval stage that I would have no problem closing the loan.
Mr. Karl kept things very simple for me. Me being a Tramatic Brain Injury survior and a very young home buyer at that, he helped me the best he could and I recommend his services for other prospering home owners/buyers.
