Sophia is very professional and knowledgeable.. She goes out of her way to help her clients and is a great communicator. We enjoyed working with her and she was available when we had questions.
It wasn’t the best overall experience but the team pulled through in the end and that’s all that matters
She was great at communicating with us what was needed and walking us through the process.
