Sophia was truly amazing! Even through a big hiccup she kept the whole deal together and our clients were able to close on their perfect home. I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work and communication!
The whole experience except for the money out of pocket was excellent!! The only thing that I could suggest to better prepare the buyer would be to explain that the closing costs are not for the buyer to pay for all the inspections or survey...
