My situation was unique and complicated. Jessica was courteous and professional. Mr. Wakefield was personally involved. They were with me every step of the way until completion. I highly recommend this service.
The best part of the whole process was David. Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable and patient when working 1on1, but his resources, videos and systematic updates were phenomenal. That really made the experience top notch
Michael was always very responsive to our questions and in a timely manner. The process was smooth and trouble free! The team in the office was also responsive and easy to work with.
Michael again did a great job answering our questions and addressing our concerns. We didn't have any surprises during the process and we got a great deal! I will be reaching out to him again if we need another loan.
