Jim and his loan processing team made the re-fi process extremely smooth. Communication was top-notch.

Efficient, listened, sincere, professional but friendly.

Update 2/1: Loan Officer: Matt Ogden. My Primary got closed in Dec after 5 months - countless emails and unanswered phone calls. Investment is still pending 7 months and counting. Every time I ask for any update either there is no response...
