Jim did a great job keeping things on track at each step of the process. He was available to answer calls and questions, even during evening hours or on the weekend.
All the customer service along the way especially with the difference in timezones. Every person that was part of his mortgage team was very helpful and responsive in a timely fashion. Very professional but almost family like.
