She was great to work with.

The entire process was long but very good managed by Lourdes . I only have good comments regarding the entire process .

It was a very transparent process and communication was done timely and excluded turn around times that were followed with “Must provide now”

She just went above and beyond for us. Whether she was away from the office or was at busy with stuff, she always took a minute to respond even if it was a formal "I will call you right back".
