Kisha was very helpful each time I talked with her, going above to help. However, towards the end of the process when I had additional questions, she never returned calls,texts, or emails. Overall great, until she ghosted me

Jay was very responsive in every call we made and was able to answer or find any answer we had he was extremely helpful in the whole process we went thru very please with the outcome We can not thank him enough 😍

Kisha was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She helped me to get all the paperwork that I needed and she was informative. She is friendly and pleasant to talk to.

I got frustrated sending the same paperwork over and over again. It almost made me switch lenders.

The processing dept. was a nightmare. Jay was able to negotiate around the numerous problems and mistakes and was vital to the success of the application and distribution of funds properly

Kisha did great but all of the other processes was very unorganized. Our loan was mixed up additional points were added at the last moment the day of closing which was not there previously.
