Russell walked me through everything from start to finish. Any time I emailed him or his team they would respond quickly. He made my loan process seamless. I will be referring my family and friends to him.
The loan process went very smoothly.
The only thing is all was emailing.
My opinion is to notify the buyer when they need last minute check for VOE on the day of closing by phone not by email.
The quickness in getting things done and efficiently. It was nice knowing our closing was a priority.
The people were very helpful and quick to respond to questions.
