Josh was really nice! And he made the process so easy and quick! I've never had any luck with any other mortgage loan officer and mortgage company. So Josh is a life saver! And I'll refer him and alcova 100 times over to any and everybody!

The final numbers for closing costs were still pending on the day of the closing; it's unnerving when you don't know if you've allocated sufficient funds.
