Josh was easy to reach and if he was out of office he left contacts who would be available. He was always available for questions and explanations were at the level I understold.

Im a teacher and was often busy during "business hours". Josh would take my calls and answer texts from home if I was unavaliable during the day. His explinations were always clear and he let me ask all the questions I needed
