The entire experience has been fast and pleasant. Bianca has been really great to work with. She was very professional to work with in the entire process.
They need to keep buyer informed of what's going on with the loan application. The buyer should not have to call to get updates. When the buyer has questions, there response time needs to improve. The loan originator should be accessible.
