The app made the entire process so easy. I was able to send in documents that way which is more private than an email. The only thing I saw was that when you allowed connection to the bank, it didn't mark it off your list as done.
Overall experience is great, but proactive communication was lacking sometimes, which is essential in the mortgage loan process.
Needs improvement in communication and pro active.
