Sundy was great at explaining the details to a first time home buyer like me.
He help me every step of the way and always was patient and had great customer service
Followed up on information that I needed to make my closing go smoothly.
George was very responsive. I had a lot of questions and he always responded quickly. He tried to help me understand things better, as mortgages are not intuitive and I feel as though a lot of it is written so you won't understand it.
For me, the level of communication was great. I didn't have to reach out and ask for details it was provided to me which is great.
