Gnc did a great job., but at the very last minute the under writer needed more. The issue should have been worked out ahead of time, not 5:00 night before closing.
The team is just amazing Roberto was more like a big brother than a Banker and that made process easier ,to sum up the team overall is that their just a phenomenal group...
