Everything was very profesional
Krista and her team were efficient and communication was always open and great. We appreciated always being in the loop about what was happening.

We had a very happy with Matt. He was responsive and worked all the time to get us approved. The only area for concern is that some of his team members didn’t communicate well, but he always resolved the issue quickly.
Only one small complaint. I was emailed the final closing disclosure at 5:00 pm. The most important document and nobody bothered to call or text to tell me it was there.
Good experience overall. There is some confusion on my end about the rate lock procedure. I believe I could make a better decision on this if I have enough information upfront. I have got a thorough explanation on the closing disclosure.
