Terms of the mortgage were fair, and my loan officer was very efficient at getting things done in a more than timely manner. She was very professional and explained the necessary steps for obtaining the loan.
Dealing with FBC and especially with Shelly Klein was extremely easy. Shelly was first class all the way and walked us through every step of the way. I was fortunate to have Shelly to work with.
