The process was painful for me because I had to right a million letters of explanation! However, I would have had to do the same with any lender that I went with and FBC gave me ample time to respond to their requests.

Barbara was a deligth to work with. She was on top of things and always returned our calls and e-mail on a timely manner. She was very pleasant and made this process easier for us.
