Mark was very helpful through out the process. He understands that building a house is full of surprises and was patient and helpful from beginning to closing when it changed from Dec to Jan to Feb 13 to Feb 19 from 2pm to 11am.
I would say that my loan was unusually complicated / difficult. Mark and Eva busted a$$ and made it happen.
