Close in about two months due to issues with the initial FHA loan, if not would be faster.
Due to delays in the underwriting process, our closing literally came down to getting loan approval hours before the scheduled time. Thankfully, Joanne was on top of things and monitoring the situation that day...and several days beforehand....
