There seemed to be a lack of communication between people at Towne. We would receive requests for forms/documentation/signatures from different people at different times, for things we had already submitted. It became very frustrating.
He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with him multiple times. I would recommend him to all my family and friends for all loan needs.
