Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Our buyers live in different states so we were able to get everything handled, including signing to stay on time for closing.
The communication from Jared an his team step by step was amazing they let us know everything we had to know even the small details I would definitely refer him an his team in a heart beat to a friend or family member
