We were not given the closing cost match until the day of closin. it was ini not in our final loan agreement. Our loan officer had to be reminded of that.
Great communication and explination of all quesitons I had throughout the loan process.

Although there were certain unpleasant late additional cost charged due to foreseable effects from credit checks, once those were experienced the rest of the process went smoothly.
