Elizabeth was there to save a deal from another lender. I thought there was 0 chance however she made it to the finish line with little to no issues.
Had such a great experience with Carter. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!! Good communication, knowledgeable of state and local related. Friendly, and able to explain things simply. Very professional and tactful.
Carter's patience and understanding for us being new/first time home buyers. His knowledge and ability to explain every step of the process in a way that made sense and the transparency provided so there were no "surprises" along the way.
