There were a few communication issues on the front end, but after speaking to Mr. Phillip's about it directly, the process went very quickly and everyone was super pleasant to work with.
John and the team did a fantastic job of keeping me informed, and being available every time that I needed assistance. Could not have asked for a better experience!
