Randy was extremely communicative and transparent at every step of the way.
The whole process was stressful. I provided all requested documentation in a timely manner, but still did not know if we were going to meet the closing date until the day before.

I was the listing agent and Randy was helping the buyer. He was in constant communication with me. I always knew where we were at in the loan approval process.
