Communication was very good including the loan processor Janelle. It was difficult dealing with one of my creditors that was the only glitch and it wasn't the bank's fault
Raquel was able to move quickly to help us secure a mortgage for our vacation home. She was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the process and adapted to changes quickly.
