Kept asking for information that already submitted - contacted my accountant which she could not give more information that I had already done - became frustrating !
Matt was very responsive about answering questions and explained things to me in detail. He never gave the impression he was too busy to return a call, and stuck with me for over two years to find the house I wanted.
