Poor communication from Catherine.
Poor time management.
3 closing extensions that in essence costed my buyer's an additional $250.00 in room and board expenses, unpaid time off work, and inconvenience.
They continually worked hard to get the loan that best suited me.

It would have been good enough if the buyers hadn't changed loans on us. We were supposed to close by Dec. 31st and then the buyers decided to go THDA/RD. We just closed on Feb 20th. They put an OTP in sometime in Nov, 2025. That delayed us...
