Staff was excellent. Amanda Monette kept in frequent contact, answered any questions I had, and was very supportive and encouraging throughout the whole loan process. She seemed to be as excited as I was, at closing!

Amanda was extremely helpful in the process, always responded to messages and answered all of our questions. She made the process very smooth.

Heather was always on top of things even when my buyer ran into a problem with their credit score....her prompt attention to this matter allowed us to close on time anyways! Love her communication skills....I can reach her for questions day...

Anytime I had questions or didn’t understand something, Amanda was more than willing to answer or explain details without hesitation. She was also very good at keeping in touch throughout the process.
