Oceana was very responisve to myself and my client. She always kept us in the loop of what was going on, and was quick to offer solutions to any obstacles that came up during our transaction!
Oceana is amazing, responsive and very educational. The Appraisal, and Underwriting seemed disjointed and noticeably slow. All teams were pleasant, nice and respectful to work with.
Oceana was always available to ask a question and to walk us through anything that we did not understand. This, to us, was a complicated situation which she handled with the utmost professionalism, expertise, and ease.
