The process was very easy and fast. All the document requests were clearly communicated and the mortgage portal made it easy to upload everything.

The follow up was great. The online application and document upload was intuitive. Communication throughout the process was very good.
Nikki was very straightforward, honest, and did not push in any direction. He simply provided advice and direction. Overall, it was the best experience I have ever had with a lender.
In general, the info. requested by the Back, and sent from the Bank was pretty clear & straightforwad. When I has questions, Nikko promptly answered them.
Nikko is very responsive to my emails and the refi process was quick.
