    Great communication throughout the process very responsive and also offered cell phone as a way of connecting when not working in the office. Explain every step of the way so I was never in the dark.

    The biggest issue has to due with setting customer expectations. A closing date was set and fell through. Then I was given an extended time and again told everything was good...this then fell through. Then the closing has been a disaster...as...

    Nikko is the best in the business, I have used him 3 times for 3 different loans so if you want someone who is buttoned up, smart and friendly you need to work with him!
