Shirley was very very efficient and communicated every step of the way. The girls in the office also kept communicating when ever information needed to get to me. Nicole followed up with confirmation along the way .

I am sorry it is not local. Our corporate office for VIP is in AZ and the servicing is often transferred to bigger servicing companies.
Niki knows her business inside and out which makes her more proactive than others. Great at staying in touch and communicating with all parties.
