Nick was a great resource for us! We knew next to nothing about the process and he took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect. He was quick to answer any and all questions.

Nick provided great communication and follow through on the details of the transaction. He was able to get the clear to close very quickly and the happy buyers are now closing much earlier than anticipated.
