Communication and availability. It was clear that Nick and the team were invested in our success, and they were always on top of things.
Nick is absolutely amazing. He took SO much of his personal time to make sure we understood everything we signed or went through. He even went out of his way to pick up items from my mothers house who does not do internet signing!
Nick was always available to text or take a call. He always had updates on numbers and even provided estimates prior to actually being accepted.
