I sent some documents through the portal and the mortgage officer asked to submit them 5 more times because she was unable to find them in the portal. I do not believe I should upload the same docs so many times.

Everyone did a great job communicating and keeping us updated

Nick helped me with a VA IRRRL refi after an attempt with another lender stalled due to repeated lack of communication between the lender and the title company. He and his team were a breeze to deal with.
