Nick was very communicative and did a great job of keeping everyone in the loop!

He was wonderful, friendly , communicates well !

Perhaps less computer communication and more in person communication, could be due to my age but human contact is preferable, the service provided was fabulous and when it became necessary for human contact it was provided.

Because we are older and not so tech savvy we were able to come in and sign some needed paperwork in person. That was greatly appreciated!
