Nick was super responsive to questions and concerns even before 8am or after 5pm. Nick also caught a clerical error in the closing costs and explained the issue to me very well.

I was new to the whole process, but Nick was great and understanding the whole way. He was always willing to explain things multiple times when I didn't get it. He was very on top of things and willing to work hours beyond my expectations.
