Chase - thank you for being so prompt and organized. It definitely makes for a smooth process.

No problems makes for a great transaction. I was not involved in the buyers rate and he ended up paying one point more than what the market was at that time. I did not know that until I saw the settlement statement and at closing is the wrong...
