The process was pretty easy to do and could call if I had any questions or concerns.
Very responsive and knowledgeable. Always was positive and supportive. Really appreciate the communication with our realtors as well

Thank you to Academy mortgage was amazing. Nick , Logan and his team very nice!
In all honesty, there were some communication gaps and I felt like I had to ask for updates on questions I had asked about. It was a long process but not due to Academy or their people. In the end, it went pretty smooth and quickly.
