Parkstone's interest rates were not competitive, I do not feel that I received their most competitive rates out of the gate. I was able to achieve a competitive rate via introducing competition - I feel it should not have to be that way.

I wish he would understand first home buyer and explain more in detail. He tried to explain but it was difficult to understand for me who is first home buyer to understand professional terms or meaning.
