Nick was a great communicator and worked with me closely to get the best deal possible.

Nick is a rockstar, very fluent in many different loan services and down payment assistance programs. He anticipated rates to rise and locked us in at a great rate, sure enough a few days later rates rose and have been continuing to rise.
