Nick was so easy to work with! It was our first time buying a home and Nick did an amazing job of explaining everything step by step! You can tell is very good at his job and cares about his clients!

unfortunately the communication between the real estate agent and the mortgage broker ended up lacking and we ended up having to ask a bunch of questions and get a bunch of answers. it would have been easier if there was more communication...

Nick was knowledgeable and actually listened to our requested home features. Went the extra mile and negotiated for window cleaning because a grand mountain view was what we were looking to achieve. I recommend.
