Fue bastante rápido el proceso

I think there should more communication on how your loan process is handled. Also that all the information is told up front (like having reserves). The pros and cons of the different loans.

Had some difficulty communicating with michela in a timely manner. When we originally received our conditional pre-approval, it took another 8 days to get the conditions we needed to meet and that was only AFTER my real estate agent prompted...
