Nick always made himself available when I needed to ask questions or had concerns ! I have already started recommending him to people that might be interested in buying a home ! He made a stressful situation less difficult.

Well, Nick was GREAT! He even came over to help move some furniture in preparation for the stage photos. Additionally, he nicely negotiated the buyers request to a more realistic list.
