    Constant communication. Very organized and relentless. Never stopped working although I was undecided. No hiccups or unexpected delays at closing due to paper work not being completed and submitted. Just a great overall experience. No complaints...

    Brandi and Nichole were very helpful, however the process lost momentum and communication broke down towards to end, near closing. We were not happy with underwriting delaying things and causing everyone to scramble the night before closing....
