    More communication about the process. Following through on promises (I.e. letting us know each day what the interest rate is). Nit waiting until last minute to tell us our loan wasn’t ready.

    The process was fairly smooth and went well overall. A little more communication/clarity during the document preparation stage would have put my mind at ease a bit.
