We had an issue with the utility company and one of the Buyer's leaving town the day of closing. Nick came up with a VERY creative solution and got us closed and funded on time!
The clear communication and guidance through the loan process. Nick was great to work with. He was transparent about our options, and proactive in keeping a best lockdown rate.
