The whole process was fabulous. Loved that everything was done remotely or virtually, from uploading application artifacts to loan process progress emails, to virtual closing! Fantastic experience.
Nevin’s team was great throughout the process. They kept in touch and responded promptly to any email inquiry. The app is user friendly and made the process easy.
Nevin was very responsive to my concerns. There were some tricky issues with the closing and he helped me with them.
